The 2018-19 Outdoor Classroom is in full bloom and producing delicious summer vegetables and herbs! Come visit with your child to see what they have planted. We are having a garden workday on Saturday, August 4th at 8:30am. Bring your kids, water and garden gloves! No green thumbs required. We need parent volunteers! Our garden would not exist without the help from our parents. A Sign-up Genius coming soon. Volunteer to help your teacher bring their students outside to learn, explore and be inspired by the nature around them. Plant, harvest & weed, read, free writing, art, scavenger hunts, measure, explore shapes! Your students learn about the life cycles of worms and butterflies. What a great way to learn hands on. Right here in the Outdoor Classroom! New! The garden now has tables and a shade structure thanks to parent donations and a volunteer Eagle Scout project. Any questions, donations or looking for opportunities to volunteer?

We have our own garden in our home bearing different organic vegetables and flowers. We have eggplants, tomatoes, squash, bell pepper and lemon. We're trying to grow more vegetable to make sure that we are only eating the organic one. We already harvested the tomatoes and bell pepper. Still working on the lemon tree, lemon is one source of vitamin C and helps in detoxification.
